My brother and sister-in-law are coming to visit me this September. The plan is Tokyo -> Shinkansen to Hakodate -> drive up to Sapporo (where I live)
They are both vego so I was wondering if anyone has any tips for enjoying Japan as a vegetarian 🤣
I want to make sure they have a great time but I know that vegetarian food (at least in Sapporo) can be hard to come by
