I am moving to Tokyo in 2 weeks for business matters and need a place to stay provisionally for the first month. Have a small budget till June so was looking for a room in a nice guesthouse. Ive seen a couple of options in Fontana and Xross House but just received an email from an inquiry I sent via Gaijinpot for this room: https://apartments.gaijinpot.com/en/rent/view/1100261
The property answered me directly and is letting me know the price through email. The thing is, it is VERY cheap (55.000JPY) compared to the other rooms Ive checked and was wondering if any of you have heard about it? This is their website: https://tokyo.sharehouses.net/
For such a "nice and clean" place I find the price extremely cheap O_O

Edit: they have just confirmed a room for a whole month under my name without asking for an ID copy or any money in advance.
