Itinerary Check for 14 days

I'll be going to Japan in late October to mid November. I'm racking my brain trying to figure out if the itinerary is too ambitious when taking into the account of transportation time. I also wonder if I am allotting too much or too little time at each destination.

I wanted to see if I can fit in a rotenburo onsen but I'm worried that it is too out of the way from the big cities. I wanted to find an outdoor onsen similar to Hoshino Resorts in Oirase Gorge. I am very sad that Oirase is booked up, so I want to find an outdoor onsen that is very similar (where I feel like I'm in a forest next to a waterfall).

For some of these areas, would a car rental be necessary? Are there other rotenburo onsens I should consider (instead of Haccho no Yu)? Should I switch up the order?

I welcome any suggestions/advice/feedback. Thanks everyone.
