Hi there! My first time posting here after lurking here for a while. So I was given the opportunity to possibly ‘work’ as a sheet metal technician at a certain aircraft assembly plant in Nagoya. My concerns are the bad reputation that the TITP has, but more specifically the aviation side (besides ground handling), and if there are some accounts you may have about it, that would be swell! The program was pitched to us today and one point that stood out to me was that there were many who did not want to renew their three-year contract, or broke the contract; which could mean something bad in the workplace. It doesn’t help that even the reviews in the factory are not so good coming from what looks like former employees.
TL;DR – could you corroborate the TITP’s aviation opportunities? I’m deciding whether I should tale the program as it is a major investment for me.
