Im applying for my coe as im applying into a university in japan for my undergrad and just wanted to ask if its completely okay to travel while waiting for the coe to process even for a few days just for a trip with friends? To countries not in japan or in japan (with a current tourist visa) for a vacation? Im from the philippines if that helps. Thank you!
