What I'm after is a mall, shop, area or whatever that sells weird stuff, electronics components, industrial or commercial stuff – new or surplus and computer stuff. I'm not looking for appliances or consumer stuff such as video games, stereo or TVs. Something akin to the old radio row on Canal Street in Manhattan where they had bins of circuit boards, power supplies, and components. In Sapporo now then going to be in Tokyo followed by Kyoto but travel outside of those is not ruled out. Any help is appreciated.
