Autistic in Japan

Hi, I’m currently dissatisfied with my lot in life and I’m browsing avenues of ambition/ aspiration. What is the process like for immigration with an intellectual disability? I understand that I won’t have to deal with loud public spaces or rapidly changing memes nearly as often as I do now, but will I still be able to access medication and other care that I need? Do Japanese doctors accept autism as a condition in general?

For the sake of hypotheticals, let’s assume I have a college degree in business data and have already attained n1 certification. (These are both things I am working towards in my life right now.)

Clearly I am not running to the visa office tomorrow… but maybe you can help me decide <3

Thank you in advance!!
