Bulldog beat me to it, but Freeman Shokudo – Reubens are almost always on the menu, and usually on lunch special on weekdays. And fantastic tunes as well.

First you need to find out where you can get bread in Japan that isn’t full of sugar…
Smokehouse in Jingumae has good BBQ and sandwiches.
Sidewalk Cafe, Higashi-Kitazawa
Check out Charbro. I think they only do their reuben on the weekends. I haven’t been but it looks fantastic. Might try to make it out this weekend… And they have craft beer.
