Criteria to select a dealership for ordering mainland used cars?

Is there anything that separates one dealer from another when it comes to auction houses and ordering from the mainland, other than a convenient location and maybe the ability to communicate more easily in English?

So far it seems like they don't advertise their pricing for markup or their shipping costs or how many auction houses they have access to, so there are difference but they don't seem to want to talk about them.
