Hello!
I will be making a quick trip to Tokyo this November and I'm planning to include Shimokitazawa in my itinerary. Due to time constraints, I can only do my exploring from 10 PM onwards for one night so this rules out thrifting activities that the area is well-known for. I don't mind just walking around the neighborhood but if anyone could suggest some quaint bars with live music (jazz/ rock music??) it would be appreciated 😀 oh and must-try (izakaya) food too.
