Flying from New Dehli to Tokyo (6:35 a.m. arrival with Japanese Airlines) then trying to get to Kyoto. My thought was to take one of the numerous ANA flights from Haneda to Osaka rather than spending more on a bullet train since my JR pass will only go online later. However, I am wondering how much wiggle room to build in for potential delays?
I already have my international ticket (and buying the domestic ticket with the international seems to double the overall price). So the domestic fight will be on a separate ticket, and I imagine if I miss it, they will not rebook me?
I am budgeting about 3 hours for immigration, collecting bags, rechecking in and security. Maybe 4 hours to catch 95% of potential delays?
