Yesterday I had a very long tiring day. Thought I’d deserve some lovely ofuro time. Turned the faucet on to fill the tub, while waiting the prep, I sat on my sofa waited… and fell asleep.
I heard a doorbell but still kinda half awake.. Didnt answer trying to think who it might be and then suddenly realized the running water I left behind. The guy was gone, but was pretty sure he’s the tenant below my apartment because of the water flood happening in my toilet/washing machine area.
Came to his door, apologized and he just said to please wait for the tenant management company contact – 管理会社’s 連絡
Somebody came to check the issue, did some fix work..
So now I am waiting for the official contact of the tenant company about the damage cost I am about to bear….
Anyone had an experience before and about how much did it cost you…?
