Japanese inflation-linked bonds

U.S. citizens who is interested in potentially retiring to Japan. What is the best way to buy inflation-linked JGB ? Cannot find those in any of my US brokerages (fidelity/schwab:chase/citi ). Any ETFs or ways to open Japanese brokerage account ?
