With 3 guys from each block progressing to the next stage of the tournament we can easily avoid a scenario where we know who will advance based on the biggest match of the final block night. Since the blocks should be less diluted than last year's I can definitely see more tension towards the tail end and less point difference between the winner and lowest scorer making the G1 seem more competitive and having more people come out stronger.
