My local sushi spot has a “creamy ponzu dressing”. It’s absolutely insane. Definitely some miso in there, pretty sweet and a bit of ponzu taste. No mayo, not sure where the creaminess comes from. The waiter didn’t know what was in it. Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve been trying to make it at home but the gf is not satisfied yet 🙂
