Hey,
I tried to book tickets for the Shibuya Sky today. Every time I tried to pay for tickets that were already in my shopping cart, I got the error message:
Your shopping cart has ticket(s) of another date.
You can purchase tickets of only a single date at a time. Please remove it from your shopping cart.
(But I had 2 tickets for the same date in my shopping cart!)
To be more precise, it was like this: I had some tickets in the shopping cart, I click "Proceed to checkout", then I had to register again on the website. After that I got to a page with the error message.
But when I refreshed the page, the tickets were still there. So the reason was not that they were sold out. I tried about 10 times, but then my tickets were really sold out, which was really annoying.
Has anyone had this problem before and can help me and tell me what the problem was?
