Hi! My fiancé and I are going to Japan for our honeymoon in late February of next year and are staying in Osaka for 3-4 nights. From what I've seen, either Umeda or Namba are the most convenient areas to stay for day trips out of Osaka that also are still close to good nightlife and the main city area.
Does anyone feel strongly about staying in one ward over the other and have any hotel recommendations for either area ($150/night budget)? Are there certain areas (like Kabukicho in Shinjuku) that I should avoid/be warry of that tend to get loud or obnoxious at night? Any advice is welcome as well, thanks!!
