Hi all, I browsed a couple of the posts here talking about the visa but none about the process in Japan. It seems some overseas embassies have not made the application available yet, but wondering if it's available in Japan and if anyone in Japan has applied for it?
I am currently in Tokyo and living very close to the Ministry of Foreign affairs. From the application page, it doesn't seem like the COE is required, so I'm thinking of just visiting with all the material and applying in-person (if it's available)?
