Hello everyone,
I moved to Kyoto last month and came across the Obon festival. As it is planned for tonight I was wondering, if it’s still going through due to the after affects of the typhoon of yesterday. My Japanese colleagues at work were not sure, and I online I can’t find anything as well.
If it’s still continued, where would you recommend to see the fires?
