Hello everyone. I went to the ward office yesterday to register my address on my zairyuu card and to get all my health insurance stuff done. I have my health insurance card.
However, at the ward office, they showed me a calculation sheet with the amount I will have to pay. I cannot remember if I took it or not. (I folded all of my documents together in my bag so I don’t see how I could have lost it, everything is there but this…). My friend has it which makes me stressed because I cannot find this sheet. At the top it says 試算書.
Do I need to go to the ward office for them to print it again or will I receive a bill? Am I in trouble?

Yes go there to have it printed out again.
Yes you will receive a bill if you didn’t set up automatic withdrawal but you’d want the sheet of all the payments for the year cycle for budgeting.
The ward office will probably send you the payment slips.
If you lost those, they will likely send you a late payment slip. Make sure you pay that. If all else fails, visit the office again and tell them that you lost it. They will sort it out so that you can pay it.
