Looking for feedback on whether this itinerary is feasible for a day in Hakone and will get us to our ryokan in Gora by 5pm or whether I'm making some overly-optimistic assumptions here. I tried to bake in a bit of pessimism – for example I budgeted a full hour at both the shrine and the teahouse but I doubt we will actually spend that long. For context we are two adults travelling with backpacks – we're forwarding our big luggage from Tokyo to Kyoto while spending one night in Hakone.

Any public transit pitfalls to watch for or obvious underestimates? Recommendations for activities to skip or major omissions from this route which should make me rethink things?
