Econnect sim issues?

I ordered an econnect sim card before coming to Japan, received it, activated it and it works… For about 2 minutes after I restart the phone or reboot the internet. So I have to refresh the networks every time I need to google something. Contacted support, they said everything is fine,"please contact the manufacturer directly". I'm thinking of buying airalo esim and requesting a (at least partial) refund, but has anyone else has this issue, maybe you have an advice on how to solve them?
