Hello! I’ve been living in Japan since May 2023 on a 1 year visa for high skilled. Got renewed for 1 more year in May 2024. My gf and I are thinking about getting married by the end of the year (she is has permanent). Would I be able to apply for a spouse permanent visa straight away? I really don’t want to go through the yearly renewals and impediments that such a short visa comes with anymore.
