Hey, I need some help with the last part of my journey.
I’m going to Kanazawa from Hiroshima and staying 2 nights there. After that, I’m planning to make a short stop at Shirakawa-go, just to check it out for 2-3 hours. Then I want to travel to Takayama, stay there for one night, and head back to Tokyo, where I’ll spend my final 2 nights.
However, I noticed that the travel times are pretty long. How do you manage the Kanazawa/Shirakawa-go/Takayama route? Should I skip this route and travel directly from Kanazawa to Tokyo via Shinkansen, giving myself an extra day in Tokyo? (We have 6 full days in total.)
