Doubt related to Collage of Technology

I am confused about whether the collage of technology is right for me. I am an Indian student who wants to study in Japan, but due to financial conditions, I can't afford a university in Japan. I heard about the collage of technology (Kosen). It looks more affordable for me than a university, but the course is a bit longer (5 years for a diploma) than two years for a bachelor's degree. But I really like their curriculum. I will be 20 when I apply, and I will be 27 when I get my bachelor's degree.
