Rental apartment and crack in sink.

I live in a rental apartment and accidentally dropped something, causing a crack in the sink. When I contacted the management company about it, they came to inspect the damage and said the sink needed to be replaced because the model is no longer in production. A few days later, they provided an estimate.

The replacement cost for the sink is 120,000 yen, not including the installation fee. However, I found the same series of sinks online for 30,000 to 50,000 yen. I don't think 120,000 yen is a reasonable price for the sink.

I asked the management company to provide me with the specific model number, but they only mentioned it was part of the Toto V-series V750, stating that the original price was 150,000 yen but is now listed as 107,750 yen, with a 10,875 yen tax. I don't believe the sink is worth 150,000 yen or 120,000 yen, as similar models can be purchased for under 45,000 yen, including installation.

Does anyone have any advice they can share?

I am not native, sorry!

I found soooo valuable information thanks to you guys.
And just found that they lied to me or gave me the wrong quote, they said it's v-series but it is s-series.
Also, they don't follow the rules.
