Help for Tokyo and Kyoto itinerary!

Itinerary

Hi! I'm planning on going to Japan next year from July 19-30, and I really want this to be an enjoyable experience for my family of 3, but I'm completely overwhelmed with what to do. My entire family is a huge fan of ghibli and my child loves anime, so I want them to experience many fun anime-related places. We're all huge foodies, so any food recs will be appreciated greatly, and because this has been a trip we have wanted to go to for a long time, we're willing to have a higher budget than usual. Thank you so much for any advice! There's so much stuff we want to do in Japan, but I don't want to make the itinerary too cluttered.
