Tokyo hotels near airport limo pickup locations?

I’m trying to find a place to stay with convenient transportation to the airport (Haneda) for our last leg of the trip. The online stops I have found are a bit unclear so curious if anyone has hotel suggestions that are convenient to the airport limo bus. Thanks so much and happy traveling!
