JCom In My Room 40M course (for switchbot hub mini)

Hello.

I plan to get the switchbot hub for my AC. I know I need home internet for that, but I currently use a pocket wifi which I bring with me everywhere.

I'm thinking of finally applying for the free internet in my apartment (JCom 40M), but I'm not good at Japanese phone calls. I saw that it can be applied online, but will they still need to call me before installation?

Also, will the 40M course be enough for the switchbot? I don't plan to use the free internet for any of my other gadgets. I'll still use my pocket wifi for that.
