First time in Japan. Currently here on a holiday and I have to say it's been amazing especially here in Osaka.
However I wanted to ask if there's any troublemakers in Osaka? My partner and I were walking around Dontonbori and Namba and I've noticed as soon as it's dark, youths start loitering around most corners. One of them made a comment to me as if he was looking for trouble. I didn't say anything and continued walking. Also noticed another guy by himself quite young most likely in his 20s spitting and chasing men asking them something and then retreating. He seemed to be up to no good or maybe he's asking them to come to a place? Not too sure but he also didn't look friendly especially spitting all the time. This was around 11pm.
