Snowboard instructor looking for visa options

Hi guys,

I'm a recent SBINZ level 1 graduate from Singapore and am looking to get a holiday job in Japan this winter as a snowboard instructor as my first season. I have heard many people who are doing the same thing but the terrible thing is that Singapore does not fall under the working-holiday visa country list (similar to USA).

Given that I am looking to do my first season, I definitely do not qualify under skilled labor which needs at least 36 weeks of experience. I was wondering if there is anyone else who has been in or is currently in my situation and if you could share your experience and let me know if there are any other visa schemes I can apply under.

I am currently in talks with a ski school manager over email but he raised the question about visas which is why I am currently searching for answers. I would have hoped he either gave me a hard no or some other options, but instead it seems he wants me to figure it out myself.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

TLDR: I want to work short term in Japan but am from a country that doesnt have working-holiday agreements. Are there any other visas I can apply for?
