I used freelancer about 10 years ago to get a web site started and it was a positive experience. Some guy in Bangladesh did a wonderful job. I now want to get a draftsperson with solid knowledge of the Japan requirements to produce a plan that I can use for a self build. I have the plan roughly sketched, just need something official. It is super basic in terms of design. 60 square metres….boxy.
