Hello everyone, my husband and I are coming to Japan for the first time on May 24th. We could only take two extra days off from our schedules prior to our scheduled cruise starting in Tokyo on May 26th. I have made an itinerary that currently looks comfortable for us. My husband and I are in mid thirties and have traveled extensively in the past but mostly in European regions. We can maximum do 10 thousand steps in a day, without feeling the burn out.
I would request you’ll to please take a look at my itinerary and suggest changes to make it more convenient and feasible. Our itinerary is as follows:

Take a taxi back to hotel
Day 3
Check out of the hotel by 11 AM

Take a train to Shibuya and go to Shibuya Sky for shopping and lunch (11.30 AM to 2.30 PM)
Back to hotel anyhow by 3 PM
Take a train to Tokyo International Cruise Port for embarkation on cruise ship by 4.30 PM-5 PM (looking for the most convenient but not too expensive option to reach here from NishiShinjuku Gocheme Station, suggestions pls?)
Ship Embarkation Time is 7 PM and we HAVE TO BE on the ship by 5 PM max.
Does this itinerary sound feasible? These are all the things we want to see in Tokyo in two full days we have here. But, if any of these are missable, we don’t mind missing them to slow down a bit. Any suggestions and recommendations are appreciated and welcome.
Thank you ☺️
