This may be a long shot but I’m coming to Okinawa to do an internship at U Ryukus: can anyone recommend which dorm is best?

I can choose my dorm. Besides the differences in amenities, is any one better or worse than the others?

Some include water and gas, others don't and the user has to pay for it. Anyone know if its cheaper to pay yourself or for the inclusive buildings?
