Hi everyone, planning a trip with my partner to Japan of 18 days on December, staying 7–8 days (not sure yet) on Osaka, near Dotonbori because we love food and the ambience. We want to do a one-day trip to Hiroshima to see the memorial, the surroundings, taste okonomiyaki and a few more things. When I look the prices of the train it's like 80€ one way, so I did some research and found the existence of Kansai Hiroshima JR Pass from 106€, that includes the Hirsohima trip, and even Nara, Kyoto and Kobe, some places that we wanna go.
There's any point into not buying this? Looks like a bargain and perfect for the itinerary, but I don't know if the train station included in this pass is too far away from the Dotonbori zone or other problems with the location. Has anyone used it and can share their experience with it? We are probably going to stay near Shinsaibashi.
