Budgeting Japan New-Life

Hi y'all,

I'm 23 and I'm a Master's student, on the 1st of October I will move to Tokyo for an internship and I will be there for 5 months.
I have to start looking for accommodation but before that, I need to understand how much money I will spend roughly to live there.

My salary will be a bit more than 330k ¥ / month and my office will be in Nihonbashi.

I've done some research (but asking people who live there is way better) and I think I should spend around

Housing: 100-150k ¥
Telephone & Internet: 10k ¥
Groceries & Eating Out: 70k ¥
Other Expenses: 50k ¥ (fun and not-planned expenses)
Transportation: 10k ¥

Total Cost: 240-290k ¥

I'd like to live close to work to avoid commuting every day so, if needed, I can increase a bit the housing budget.

On top of this, I have to find an insurance which covers both medical and work-related accidents, but I don't have any idea of the possible price.

Does it sound reasonable?

Thanks for the help!
