On the go phone or computer kanji translation app?

I recently changed my phone language to Japanese for the sake of immersion, but there are just so many kanji I don’t know and it would take forever to try and put them all through Google translate or something. I was wondering if there’s an app/program in existence that like, you can instantly activate it somehow or press on a kanji or unfamiliar word and get the English meaning and on+kunyomi pronunciations? Sort of like google translate’s scan feature but for whatever if on your screen at that moment. Maybe a phone app or browser extension?

If anyone knows of something like that, please let me know!
