Kofu Yamanashi questions.

Hey there!
If there is anyone living in Kofu Yamanashi here would you happen to know of a good "foreigner" bar in the city? I heard that the Vault closed recently which was quite popular. Additionally, do you guys bike around the city comfortably or should I get myself a car? And finally, do you have a recommended martial arts Gym in the city that you like?
