My current stylist is leaving Tokyo and I’m looking for someone reliable who speaks at least a bit of English (or at the very least is comfortable dealing with foreigners). Cost isn’t an issue, although I’m pretty low maintenance — I don’t really need anything more than a wash and a cut every six weeks or so.
