Prime video without a credit/debit card?

I was checking the sub for answers for this question and didn’t find anything.
I tried to start my 30 day free trial but it won’t allow me without a credit card or debit card (I have neither and my old credit card from my home country is expired) is there any way of getting this service with conbini pay in cash cards like I do with Netflix or Spotify?

  1. No idea, but they do take foreign cards, so if you can get your old card renewed and sent to you, that would work.

  2. I don’t think it will insist on a credit card if you have Amazon credit, which you can buy at the conbini. But I’ll add I’m not 100% sure. If you have a Japanese phone number, you can get V-Preca, a prepaid visa card that definitely works with Amazon.

  3. I’ve been using Prime without a credit card via the amazon gift cards from the combini. If you have an account balance you can purchase prime without a CC!

  4. If you are using phones with AU, check the packages they have. My prime is included in my phone along with Netflix.

  5. Check the payment options for your account. Amazon takes Paidy and mobile billing through the major cell phone companies, so you can use one of those options to add a payment method to your account instead of a credit card. I also read in another discussion that the LINE credit card is easy for foreigners to get, so you might give that one a try.
