Can anyone recommend any accountants or agencies that specialises in services for Japanese people living abroad that will inherit land/property in Japan? I’m interested in investing the inheritance for business purposes (apartment rental, parking garage) so that I can avoid the hefty inheritance tax. Thanks in advance!
