Am i spending too little time in kyoto and osaka?

Hi everyone having some 2nd thoughts lol, I've already booked my accommodations(fully refundable however).

I will be flying into tokyo Oct 3rd afternoon, staying in tokyo till the 10th morning and going to kyoto. Then staying in kyoto till the 12th and heading to osaka and staying in osaka till the 15th. Then I will be back to tokyo from the 15th-21st

So Ill be spending around 2 days in kyoto, 3 in osaka(1 of which is for universal) and about 13 days in tokyo.

Should i be spending more time in kyoto or osaka? Or will the 13 days in tokyo fly by. Oh Im solo traveling btw.
