Is it common to find 7-elevens with the smoothie machines?

I love the smoothies from 7-eleven commonly found in other Japanese cities. However I have not been able to find any in Chatan area. Do the 7-elevens in Okinawa have the smoothie machines?

If not, what’s an alternative smoothie place that won’t break the bank?
