Hiring electrician to add ground wire to outlets, any idea how much would it cost?

Hello,

I have some sensitive electronic devices switches, PCs, servers and other stuff, but some of the rooms doesn’t have a ground pin so I would like to switch out the socket to grounded outlets how much would this cost?

* Living in Tokyo
* Around 12 outlets
* The building has ground in some rooms
* Building owned by in-laws

Also would it be possible to get the electrician to fish Ethernet cable in the ceiling? as there is no conduit to these locations.

edit : The places where its mostly need is only 2 places, so would this be cheaper the replacing all outlets?

  1. I hired an electrician recently to install a charging stand for my new EV. He had to run a 200V line from the meter box at the back of the house to the breaker box in the bathroom, then out through a utility space in the bathroom and around the rest of the house to the charging stand in the car port. Total bill was ¥88,000.

  2. I had to add new (2 prong) power outlets to a room from breaker and the quote was ¥9,500 for material and labor. To add power outlet with ground wiring (3 prong), ¥14,500. (Pre-tax quotes)

    Edit: I am in Fukuoka but similar situation: my aunt’s building and the power line is only in one floor (not from 1 floor to another floor).
