Anyone have any experience with the Kyoto University Of Arts?

I have dreams of making comics and doing buisness in Japan. I think learning Japanese and going to school for art in Japan would be a good first step to getting my foot in the door. But is it a good place to improve skill in traditional 2D drawing? I am new to learning about univeristies.
