Re-entering Japan on a J-Find Visa After Leaving the Country

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in Japan on a J-Find visa and am considering returning to my home country for about a month. I plan to come back to Japan afterward but am unsure about the re-entry process given the conditions of my visa.

Here's the situation:

• I have a residence card which, from what I've read online, should allow me to leave and re-enter Japan without issues, provided I return within one year.
• However, my visa is labeled as "single entry" and has already expired (it was only valid for three months from the issuance date).

This contradiction has left me confused. Can anyone with experience or knowledge in this area advise on whether I can leave Japan and successfully re-enter under these circumstances?
