Hi! So, long story short. My husband and I both have Wise accounts in Japan. Mine has worked fine. I made a recent transfer without problems, but we decided to make a bigger transfer from his account this time.
The thing is, due to our bank regulations (Yuucho Bank), we decided to split the total amount into two transactions, and we also activated two transactions on Wise to send the total amount. We sent the money, it was taken from his account, never saved the final screen (I know, bad decision) cause we never had problems before.
This happened on July 19th, and still, the money is not in his account. Both transactions say that the money is "still on the way". Contacted CS, and sent whatever we could, but we have no clear answer as to where the money is so far.
Did we mess up by making two transactions at the same time? Thinking about canceling both transactions and ask for a refund, but CS says that our money is not in their account yet, so where is it? Any idea?
