I need to use cash occasionally for things like when I go to the clinic and they take cash only. I have a cash card from shinsei, but ATMs (at least the ones I tried, which are familymart, lawson, and 7-11) don't seem to take it (I get a card read error)
Shinseis site seems to say I need to use some cash out service at jdebit partners but I don't have any near me. I tried to ask customer support and they basically just asked me if I put the card in the machine in the right direction
How do other Shinsei users get cash?
