Exchange USD to Yen now?

Leaving to Japan in September and was banking on a cheaper yen. Looking at the numbers though, not sure if to exchange some cash asap as the yen is climbing. I leave on Sept 21, which is a few days after the Feds are expected to lower rates in the US.

Any thoughts would be helpful!
