Emergency Kit Preparation

Hello fellow Osaka people!

I've been stupid and will only start preparing my emergency kit but it is better than never doing it.

Do you have any recommended shops where I can buy for emergency-use goods (food, devices, tools, etc.)?

I have a 36L bag but I am not sure if it is going to suffice though, so how big should my bag be?

Any stuff I should consider? After reading some other old posts, I got some ideas what to put/do but the problem I am having is the kind and amount like in food, water, clothes, etc. Here are what I remember.

1. Food with long shelf life
2. Water (with long shelf life?)
3. Flashlight + battery
4. Extra clothes
5. Foil blanket
6. Power bank
7. Important docs inside a ziplock bag
8. Medicines
9. Tools

I am in the city center so from Umeda to Namba are pretty accessible to me.
